Event Terms and Conditions
Regenesys AI Summit and School of AI Launch
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Regenesys AI Summit and the official launch of the Regenesys School of AI, organised by Regenesys Education (Pty) Ltd.
By registering for or attending the event, participants agree to comply with the following terms.
Event Overview
The Regenesys AI Summit brings together industry leaders, policymakers, technology innovators, academics, and business executives to explore the practical application of artificial intelligence across industries.
The event also marks the official launch of the Regenesys School of AI, an initiative focused on developing AI leadership, skills, and innovation across Africa and globally.
The event may include keynote presentations, panel discussions, networking sessions, sponsor exhibitions, technology showcases, and the Regenesys AI Awards.
Registration and Participation
Participation in the event requires registration through the official event website or an authorised registration channel.
Participants must provide accurate information during registration. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel registrations where false or misleading information is provided.
Participants agree to comply with all event rules and venue regulations.
Programme Changes
Regenesys Education reserves the right to make changes to the event programme where necessary. This may include adjustments to speakers, session topics, schedules, or event logistics.
Such changes may occur without prior notice where required.
Photography and Media
The event may be photographed and recorded for media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
By attending the event, participants grant permission for their image, voice, or likeness to be captured and used by Regenesys Education in promotional materials, publications, or digital media.
Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify the organisers prior to the event.
Intellectual Property
All presentations, materials, and content shared during the event remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers, organisations, or Regenesys Education.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, record, or publish event content without written permission from the respective owners.
Liability
Participants attend the event at their own risk.
Regenesys Education will not be responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property during the event.
The organiser will also not be liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in relation to attending the event.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
Regenesys Education reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond its control. This may include public safety concerns, venue issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants and provide updates.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Sponsor and Exhibitor Terms

These Sponsor and Exhibitor Terms apply to organisations participating as sponsors or exhibitors at the Regenesys AI Summit and the launch of the Regenesys School of AI, organised by Regenesys Education (Pty) Ltd.
Sponsorship and Exhibition Participation
Participation as a sponsor or exhibitor is confirmed only after approval by the event organiser and confirmation of the relevant sponsorship or exhibition agreement.
Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are limited and allocated based on availability.
Regenesys Education reserves the right to accept or decline sponsorship or exhibition participation at its discretion.
Sponsor and Exhibitor Responsibilities
Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that all materials, promotional content, and displays used during the event comply with applicable laws and professional standards.
Content that is misleading, inappropriate, discriminatory, or unrelated to the objectives of the event may be removed at the discretion of the organiser.
Sponsors and exhibitors must ensure their activities do not disrupt other participants or interfere with the event programme.
Branding and Marketing
Sponsors and exhibitors grant Regenesys Education permission to use their company name, logo, and approved branding materials for event marketing purposes.
This may include use on the event website, social media platforms, digital promotions, and printed event materials.
Sponsors and exhibitors may not use the event name, logo, or branding in external promotional materials without prior approval from the organiser.
Exhibition Space and Materials
Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for the transport, setup, operation, and removal of their exhibition materials unless otherwise arranged with the event organiser.
All exhibition materials must comply with venue regulations and safety requirements.
Regenesys Education will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibition equipment or materials.
Programme Adjustments
The organiser reserves the right to adjust the event programme, venue layout, or exhibition arrangements where necessary.
Such adjustments do not entitle sponsors or exhibitors to compensation.
Cancellation
If a sponsor or exhibitor withdraws from the event after confirming participation, any payments made may be non-refundable depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
In the event that the organiser must postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control, alternative arrangements may be communicated where possible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

Disruptive behaviour, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Respectful Environment
The summit welcomes participants from diverse professional, cultural, and national backgrounds.
All participants must treat others with respect and avoid behaviour that could create an uncomfortable or hostile environment.
Responsible Participation
Participants must follow instructions from event organisers, venue staff, and security personnel.
Sponsors and exhibitors must ensure their promotional activities remain professional and do not disrupt the event experience.
Enforcement
Regenesys Education reserves the right to take appropriate action where this Code of Conduct is violated.
This may include issuing warnings, removing participants from the event, or restricting future participation.
