Head of IT Delivery

Henry Ikeakhe is the Head of IT Delivery and a seasoned technology and business transformation leader with over 21 years of experience across banking, financial services, telecommunications, pensions, asset management, trusteeship, insurance, technology governance, risk management, and operational resilience. In his current role, he leads the execution of technology initiatives, drives innovation, strengthens governance, and ensures that technology delivers meaningful value in complex and regulated environments. Previously, he served as Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance at Stanbic IBTC, where he led critical areas including technology business control, production assurance, customer care, site reliability engineering, technology security operations, and business information responsibilities. A Civil Engineer with an MBA from Warwick Business School, Henry has also completed executive programmes at Kellogg School of Management and Boston University, alongside advanced certifications in artificial intelligence, information systems auditing, cloud control, and SAFe Agile. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, technology strategy, enterprise architecture, business transformation, programme management, cloud services, quality assurance, strategic thinking, financial planning, and business analysis.
