Dr Nishal Khusial is the AI Partner Africa for Regenesys Education, and a senior technology, data, cyber-risk and forensic-tech leader with over 20 years’ experience spanning digital transformation, AI enablement, machine learning implementation, and IT investment portfolio management. He holds a PhD in Digital Science & Data and is known for combining strong governance and risk expertise with practical, business-led innovation across sectors including education, fintech, manufacturing, professional services and property. Previously, he served as Chief of Strategy for the Cyber-Alliance EMEA at Forvis Mazars in South Africa and has held executive technology leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer in international energy and manufacturing environments, where he drove cloud-enabled platform growth and embedded AI/ML into operational ecosystems. He brings a forward-looking perspective to responsible AI adoption, strategy execution, and building high-performing teams that align technology roadmaps with organisational outcomes.

Director

Indherani Reddy is the Director of Regenesys Education, where she plays a key role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence across the institution. With extensive experience in operations, ICT, SAP services, and hospitality, she has held senior leadership roles including Operations Director at Kelly Group, a JSE-listed company, and executive positions at Sun International and Southern Sun, overseeing functions such as finance, IT, HR, and sales and marketing. Beyond her corporate achievements, Indherani is passionate about empowering women and supporting youth development, actively mentoring future leaders and advocating for opportunities that enable women and young people to realise their full potential. She is also a motivational speaker who champions conscious leadership, resilience, and purpose-driven success.

Chairperson

Dr. Marko Saravanja is the founder and chairperson of Regenesys Education, whose journey from monk and development worker to successful entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author exemplifies a life dedicated to overcoming limitations and transforming lives. With a passion for education as a catalyst for societal change, Dr. Saravanja established Regenesys Education, which emphasizes the holistic development of intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual intelligence. His digital initiative, Education for All (EdForAll), aims to make high-quality higher education accessible worldwide. Through ventures like My Wealth Investments, Dananda Talent, Healthi, and RegCafé, he has expanded Regenesys across Africa and into Europe. A Croatian native and a fearless adventurer, Dr. Saravanja has climbed Kilimanjaro, skydived, and explored over 90 countries. He is also a finalist for the 2009 Ernst & Young World Entrepreneurship Awards and holds a Ph.D. in Performance Management, dedicating his life to helping others unlock their potential and achieve self-actualization.

Adeleke Rotimi Okembe is a healthcare technology leader known for driving digital innovation and strengthening IT ecosystems across clinical environments. With deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and enterprise technologies, he is committed to building secure, efficient, and patient-centered digital operations.

Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Oludare Oshodi is an award-nominated Group Chief Information Security Officer and enterprise information risk leader with over 15 years of progressive experience strengthening digital trust, resilience, and governance across regulated financial services institutions. He currently leads group-wide information security strategy, regulatory assurance, and technology risk oversight at Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, covering both insurance and banking operations.

Working at the intersection of information security, innovation, and business strategy, Oludare advises boards and executive leadership on the responsible adoption of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence. His focus is on embedding robust information governance, risk intelligence, and ethical safeguards into digital transformation programmes, enabling organisations to scale securely while maintaining regulatory alignment and stakeholder confidence.

Beyond the enterprise, Oludare contributes to shaping the global information security profession as a certification & scholarship reviewer with ISC2, asides his Forbes BLK membership, he also engages in thought leadership through several other platforms. He is also actively involved in mentoring and leadership development initiatives that support the growth of future technology and security leaders across Africa.

Dr. Frances Undelikwo is a distinguished Global IT, Cyber, and Operational Risk leader with over 27 years of experience driving resilience and digital trust within highly regulated environments. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at NOVA Bank, she is a recognized authority in aligning cybersecurity strategies with business objectives. Dr. Undelikwo holds a Doctorate in Information Assurance (DIA) and maintains an extensive suite of elite professional credentials, including CISM, CISA, and CRISC. A seasoned board advisor and international speaker, she has a proven track record of leading large-scale governance and security programs across the banking and fintech sectors, specializing in ethical AI governance, data privacy, and enterprise risk management.

Olaleye Olawale Dada is a seasoned technology executive and strategic leader with over 16 years of experience driving enterprise IT transformation across diverse industries, including healthcare, finance, and international development. As a forward-thinking Technologist, he specializes in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise infrastructure, with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, Azure, and modern hybrid environments.
Renowned for aligning technology with business strategy, Olaleye has successfully led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Odoo), cloud migrations, and complex systems integrations. He has architected secure, scalable, and high-performing IT ecosystems that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value.
Currently serving as ICT Manager at ISN Medical Products, he spearheads a multi-million-naira technology transformation agenda, overseeing cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, enterprise systems integration, and cybersecurity frameworks. Kayode A Akomolafe (Tech Ranger) -a Highly qualified & Educated Tech Executive boasts about 25 years of experience across financial services, enterprise technology, and cloud platforms, he partners with CEOs and senior executives to turn digital ambition into measurable business outcomes. At Amazon Web Services (AWS), he leads Commercial and Enterprise Digital Transformation, where he pioneered the enterprise cloud business in West Africa—building a $40M portfolio and closing Nigeria’s first multi-million-dollar enterprise cloud deals. His work focuses on enabling organizations to scale securely, innovate faster, and compete globally using cloud and AI as strategic growth engines. Previously, he spent 12 years at Microsoft as a Director responsible for a $45M business, helping drive transformational growth across enterprise customers. He delivered year-on-year growth in Business Verticals, supported the expansion of Microsoft Nigeria from $30M to $150M+, and led large, complex engagements across licensing and services. Earlier in his career, he played a key role in shaping Zenith Bank’s journey to becoming Nigeria’s leading digital bank.  He is passionate about building future-ready enterprises, developing high-performing teams, and advancing Africa’s role in the global digital economy.
